Medical Records
Under New York State law, all healthcare practitioners and facilities must grant patients access to their medical records. You may request information as parents or guardians (who are authorized for the child's care). If you want to see your child's medical records, ask your child's physician or speak to a Medical Correspondent in Medical Records by calling (212) 305-3270 or (212) 305-5095.
