Promoting Partnerships
Partnerships are a cornerstone of the Center's work. The Center promotes partnerships between organizations with mutual interests to enhance public awareness and strengthen the child advocacy network. Coalitions are formed at the local, state and ational levels aimed at advancing and supporting policies to address the unmet healthcare needs of children. Partnerships help to facilitate information exchange on current issues and to shape and promote public policies affecting children. The Center also functions as a resource for child advocates and policy makers by providing research and information.
Our partnerships with national and statewide organizations regarding children's health issues are an important part of our Center's work. They provide an opportunity to have a collective voice on children's health issues and increase the likelihood of affecting policy change.
