Patient Services
The Department of Patient Services is available to address concerns about care, patient rights, and services provided by any department; facilitating access to the Ethics Committee; as well as helping with any special patient requests. The Department's Patient Services Coordinators are master's prepared nurses and an important resource to patients. The Department can be reached at (212) 305-4903.
