Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian, located at 165th Street and Broadway on Manhattan's Upper West Side, ranks among the top six pediatric hospitals in the nation according to U.S.News & World Report 2006 "America's Best Hospitals" survey. It is the only pediatric hospital in the New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut area to achieve this honor.

Our experienced and skilled physicians, surgeons, nurses and other healthcare professionals manage routine and complex medical conditions, as well as address the psychological and family concerns that can accompany childhood illness.
Their expertise is complemented by specialized programs and services such as parent-to-parent support groups; a Child Life Program that helps to ease children's fears and provide important emotional and social support during the hospital experience, and the Pastoral Care Program, which provides chaplains of all faiths to minister to patients and their loved ones.

In November 2003, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital celebrated the opening of a 10-story, 265,000-square-foot family-centered and technologically advanced facility featuring:
- a spacious lobby with concierge services, gift shop, and educational center
- a magnificent indoor Wintergarden plaza in which concerts, performances, and special events are regularly held for patients, families and visitors
- Child Life centers filled with toys and activities on each inpatient unit with family lounges adjacent to each center
- Single bedroom accommodations with distinct areas for clinical care, child's play, and family respite; a day bed where parents can sleep; a writing desk and computer-ready internet access
A major international referral center, Morgan Stanley Children's Hospital of NewYork-Presbyterian is Manhattan's only hospital dedicated solely to the care of children, and it is the largest provider of children's health services in the tri-state area.
